What's New in Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.4

New Features and Enhancements

With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.

Imprivata Analytics for MAM is Generally Available

Imprivata Analytics, within the Access Intelligence Platform, is now generally available for Imprivata Mobile Access Management (MAM). This release includes the ability to create premade dashboards and reports on MAM data from the application’s libraries.

Imprivata Analytics for MAM can help MAM customers identify adoption opportunities, allocate devices and launchpads more effectively, improve their user experience, and get more value from their MAM investment.

Faster Imprivata Analytics for EAM

Imprivata Analytics customers with Imprivata Enterprise Access Management (EAM) can now consume near-real time data from EAM. Specifically, customers on EAM 25.1 (or later) can choose to have their data sent to their AIP server every 5 minutes or every 30 minutes. Imprivata Analytics has been updated to consume this more frequent data in its new format.

With faster data, EAM customers can be alerted to issues soon after they occur, empowering them to quickly respond and minimize impact. For example, if users or workstations experience repeated failures, an alert can be sent to the admin, enabling them to promptly assist the user or investigate issues that may be hindering patient care.

Exporting Alert Details

With this release, exports initiated from the Alert Details screens will utilize the AIP Downloads Center. These exports will be run asynchronously, allowing users to continue working in other areas of the application while the export files are generated. Users will then be notified when the file is ready and can download the file directly from the Notifications pane or by navigating to the Downloads Center. This change saves users time and enhances performance.

Investigation Involved Party Cards

Over the past several releases, we have made improvements to the logic used to select Involved Party card types. AIP will automatically select whether an Involved Party is displayed with a User or Patient card, based on the data available within the attached alert (when applicable) and the party type selected. Additionally, beginning with 25.4, users can now manually update the card type by editing the Involved Party within the investigation. The card type is maintained for each individual investigation, so the same individual could be attached as a User in one investigation but a Patient in another.

In every release, we include a variety of bug fixes to make your experience more efficient and productive.
